This is a courtesy translation. The Russian version is the only legally binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy. This document is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
1.To whom I give consent
By submitting the contact form on the Ondekto website with the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" ticked, I give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Viktorovich Toropchin (the "Operator"):

2.What I consent to
Purpose: to receive a reply to my request and to correspond with me about it.
Data: the name I provided, my email address and the text of my request.
Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated, with transmission over the Internet.
The data is stored in a database located in the Russian Federation. The Operator replies to the request from support@ondekto.app. On the Operator's instructions, Timeweb JSC (bldg. 22/2, lit. A, Zastavskaya St., Saint Petersburg, 196006, Russia) stores this correspondence in the Russian Federation. The data is not transferred to any other third parties and is not transferred abroad.
3.Duration and withdrawal of consent
This consent is valid for 3 years from the date of the last message in the correspondence, or until I withdraw it.
I may withdraw my consent at any time:
- by writing to support@ondekto.app from the email address I gave in my request;
- by post to the Operator's address.
After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has another legal basis for processing.
If I do not give consent, I can write to support@ondekto.app or contact support from the Ondekto program without filling in this form.
