This is a courtesy translation. The Russian version is the only legally binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy. This document is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
1.To whom I give consent
By submitting the Ondekto beta tester application with the box "I consent to the processing of personal data for participation in beta testing" ticked (or by replying to the application email with the words "I consent to the processing of personal data for participation in beta testing"), I give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Viktorovich Toropchin (the "Operator"):

I am at least 18 years old.
2.What I consent to
Purpose: selecting participants for beta testing of the Ondekto program, sending me test builds and tasks, receiving my answers, measurements and feedback on the program, contacting me about the testing and, if I am selected and meet the beta testing conditions, giving me the participant reward.
Data:
- my email address; my name or nickname, if I provided them;
- application answers: my Mac model, whether I have a 3D printer and which model, my modelling experience and the programs I have used, what I print for;
- results of test tasks (time taken, the step where I had difficulties), my answers to the measurement and feedback questionnaires, the Operator's notes from interviews with me;
- my Program account identifier — if I provide it to receive the reward or to investigate an error.
The Operator does not make audio or video recordings of interviews unless I separately agree to it before the interview.
Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated, with transfer over the Internet.
The data is stored in the Operator's database and on the Operator's mail server in the Russian Federation. The data is not transferred to third parties and is not transferred abroad. The Operator may not publish my data or my feedback: this requires my separate consent to dissemination.
3.Term and withdrawal of consent
This consent is valid until the results of beta testing are summarised, but no longer than 1 year from the date I submitted the application, or until I withdraw it. When the term ends, the Operator destroys the data or anonymises it so that my answers cannot be linked to me.
I may withdraw my consent at any time:
- by writing to support@ondekto.app from the email address I gave in the application;
- by post to the Operator's address.
After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has another legal basis for processing. Withdrawing consent means leaving the beta testing.
